Belt and Road Nations' Art Exhibition Opens at Shanghai Art Museum

During the third China International Import Expo, Our Home, the Belt and Road Nations' Art Exhibition, which is co-organized by the China Artists Association and Shanghai Art Museum opened on November 3, 2020 at the Shanghai Art Museum.

It is supported by Chinese National Academy of Painting, Chinese Academy of Arts, Consulate General of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in Shanghai, Consulate General of the Republic of Fiji in Shanghai, Consulate General of the Slovak Republic in Shanghai, and Consulate General of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay in Shanghai. A total of 208 artworks were displayed in the exhibition, including 145 works by 141 artists from 69 countries that have signed Belt and Road cooperation documents with China, and 63 masterpieces by 71 Chinese artists. The exhibition includes three units: Wonderful Silk Road, Amazing Homeland and Shared Beauty, aiming to use artworks to embody the Silk Road spirit of peace and cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit. The exhibition will last until March 31, 2021.
